Encourage, empower, and inspire artists, children, and the community through the arts.
The Center for Contemporary Arts celebrates local art and art experiences. We serve local artists by offering artist memberships, studio spaces, and opportunities to display their work. We also serve the community by offering art education and outreach programs and a free gallery, open to the public.
Our ArtReach programs serve incarcerated youth, refugee children, military veterans dealing with PTSD, and more.
The Center currently has dozens of artist members and rents ten artist studios. We have five galleries, including one devoted to photography, and we present more than 20 different admission-free exhibits of regional art, international photography, and award-winning short films to thousands of people each year.
