West Texas Counseling & Guidance provides an array of services to assist individuals in their emotional, psychological, and social well-being, centered on the provision of psychotherapy. Services are evidence-based, focused on cognitive-behavioral practice, and are provided to individuals of all ages, couples, and families. Its clinical staff is trained in the treatment of depression, anxiety, psychosis, anger, trauma, couples problems, and addictions. For younger clients (3-12 years old), West Texas Counseling & Guidance provides play therapy. As a nonprofit organization, West Texas Counseling & Guidance works to ensure that individuals seeking counseling have access to those services regardless of their socioeconomic status, ability to pay, or where they live within the service area.
