Volunteers of America (VOA) Texas is the local affiliate of a national organization whose history is rooted in comprehensive human services. Our Mission is to empower individuals and families to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential and thrive. Services include addiction treatment, veterans case management services, affordable housing, intellectual and developmental disabilities services, community re-entry programs and a continuum of support services that address the needs of the whole person, we've been making a difference for those who need the most help in Texas for over 100 years.
