The Chamber Foundation aligns resources to address employment opportunities and challenges in Huntsville/Madison County to improve the quality of life for all residents.

WHAT THE FOUNDATION IS: The Foundation is a 501c3 represented by a Board of Directors made up of stakeholders across industry, education, community organizations and government agencies.

WHAT THE FOUNDATION DOES: The Foundation plays an active role in talent development and attraction by securing funding to support high-impact interventions that benefit employers across the community. Priority audiences include high school students, veterans, STEM professionals, security-cleared workers, skilled trades, and the underemployed. Examples include Senior Sprint, Hiring Our Heroes, A Smart Place, and Industry Insights.

WHAT THE FOUNDATION VALUES: Diversity and inclusion, data-driven decisions, collaboration, and accountability.
