About Mission United
More than 425,000 active-duty military, Veterans and their families call Northeast Florida home, but many struggle with the transition to civilian life and the challenges of navigating a complex network of Veteran services.
Mission United, a community-based collective impact initiative, acts as a Veteran peer support concierge. The program leverages United Way of Northeast Florida’s network of human, social and Veterans to connect these individuals and families to the support they’ve earned and the help they need to survive - and thrive - in our community.
Mission United in Northeast Florida provides navigation and care coordination at no charge to active-duty military, veterans and their families.
