Street Outreach Program and Wraparound Services are: Survival Backpack goes out into the community seeking to aid the homeless to safely leave the streets and access to emergency housing within 24 hours of contact.
At point of contact program provides a backpack equipped with sleeping bag, food, ID card, referrals, and resources to help people obtain the help they need to transitions into emergency shelter.
