THERAPEUTIC RIDING OF TRI-CITIES

TROT uses horses and dogs to show people with special needs how they are ABLE to reach their fullest potential, learn new skills, enhance their communication, increase their self-esteem, build friendships and trust in their relationships.
We offer 5 programs:
Adaptive Riding-teaches riding skills to people with special physical and mental needs, ages four and up
Hippotherapy-is a one-on-one medical model providing therapy from a licensed physical, occupational or speech therapist who has had additional training in Hippotherapy through the American Hippotherapy Association.
Path to Success-a non-riding activity that teaches basic horsemanship and fosters relationship building. Adaptable for veterans, mental health, elders, life skills.
Dog Therapy-we help connect people with service dog agencies, train future therapy
dogs. The best therapists have four legs and fur!
Our newest program is called Horses Helping Heroes designed to help Veterans, Health Care Workers, Law Enforcement who may be struggling with PTSD.
