The goals of Crossroads Employment Office are to help clients move beyond employment barriers and find and keep a job. We assist clients in acquiring new knowledge and skills in a wide variety of employment areas including personal growth areas, interpersonal dynamics and financial literacy. Classes, workshops and events are provided. Regularly scheduled job club meetings help clients with workplace issues, assist with writing a resume, interview tips and more. Clients use our employment computers for online job searches and applications. In 2015, over 3,260 clients used the resources our employment office offered. Our Employment Program also encourages many clients to enroll in GED courses to complete high school studies.
