There is no better way to help a troubled teen than by establishing a solid relationship with them. Teens need to feel comfortable, confident they can trust their counselor, feel safe, and have hope that things can improve. Counseling adolescents and helping them to cope with crisis requires sensitivity and understanding about their vulnerabilities and strengths at this time in their lives. We train our staff, provide training for teachers, schools, educators, and parents.
