There are more than 5.5 million post-9/11 Veterans and approximately 1.65 million of them will experience cognitive or readjustment issues when returning from deployment. 44% of Veterans report difficulty in transitioning form military to civilian life. 40% of post-9/11 Veterans consider suicide at least once after joining the Military.

Camaraderie Foundation provides access to mental health counseling services, at no expense, to Veterans, Service Members and their families. These warriors and their families experience Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Military Sexual Trauma, divorce, substance abuse, spousal abuse, child abuse and other issues.

We also provide Veterans, Service Members and their families with support, encouragement and counseling to alleviate the stress associated with their transition from the battlefield back into society by building a strong community of support around them.

Transitions in life are difficult, regardless of the circumstances. For Veterans, Service Members and their families, it can be even harder. Camaraderie Foundation understands and we’re here to help.

Our programs offer comprehensive services to build a network of support around Post-9/11 Veterans, Service Members and their families, provide relevant resources and help them adjust to pre- and post-deployment life by build a community within a community.
