The mission of the Cape Cod Times Needy Fund, Inc. is to provide urgent financial assistance and resources to our Cape and Islands neighbors.

Neighbors Helping Neighbors is what the Needy Fund is all about. The Needy Fund is a charitable organization dedicated to providing immediate financial assistance to residents of Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket who are experiencing temporary hardships. Our vision is to foster a thriving Cape and Islands community where basic human needs are met. Since 1936, the Needy Fund has assisted families and individuals through cancer, car accidents, family deaths, job loss, temporary and permanent disabilities, serious childhood illnesses, fire, spousal abandonment and many other urgent situations all year long.
