Provide financial grants to young active duty military and veteran families to help them out of financial binds and provide financial training to assist with long term financial stability

Young Military families in Southern California live mostly as low-income by HUD standards. This combined with the cost of living in Southern California and typical youth inexperience with money puts many families quickly on the brink of irreparable financial crisis. STEP work with these families to help them through the crisis with cash grants paid to creditors and financial training to help them develop their own financial independence.
