HOUSING CONSORTIUM OF EVERETT AND SNOHOMISH COUNTY

The Housing Consortium of Everett and Snohomish County was founded in 2002 by organizations committed to the belief that a safe, healthy and affordable home is the foundation upon which people build better lives and communities thrive. The more than 40 member organizations work together to increase the supply of housing affordable to very low income households (those making less than 50% of area median income) and address barriers to housing for our most vulnerable residents. Collectively they build, own and operate subsidized housing for people from all walks of life and with varying conditions: families with children, veterans, domestic violence survivors, chronically homeless, people with behavioral health challenges, people with substance abuse issues, seniors, people with traumatic brain injuries, people in recovery, to name just a few.
