National Initiatives currently serving the community such as a published/online Latino Media Resource Project, Diverse Women in Media Initiative, the Latino Media Market held during our annual NALIP Media Summit and under the Latino Lens umbrella the Latino Lens Incubators, Mentorship Series and Workshop Series. This year NALIP rebranded the Latino Lens Festival and Showcase into the Latino Media Fest, a unique presenter of U.S. Latino content across all media platforms. We continue fundraising to support and expand these programs in 2018, increasing the audience and artist reach for our Media Summit, creating Latino Lens incubators targeted specifically for women of diverse backgrounds, LGBTQ and veterans. As well as solidify the infrastructure of our organization to better serve our membership and community. NALIP focuses on increasing quality and quantity of projects and talent from emerging content creators, mid-career to seasoned professionals across all media platforms.
