Teenage Drama Workshop Scholarship Fund

For 66 summers, on the campus of California State University, Northridge, students aged 12-18, have participated in a six-week immersive theatre program that changes their lives! Our goal is to teach not only theatre arts but the importance of ensemble and teamwork through our intensive classes and productions.

Right now, our scholarship funds are very low which means that fewer students will have access to the great tradition of CSUN's Teenage Drama Workshop. In the summer of 2023, we were able to fund 30 full scholarships but our projection for 2024 is a total of 10 full scholarships. Please take a moment and donate to help a student experience the joys (and hard work) of live theatre.

TADW is a safe and welcoming environment for students to develop communication skills, creative thinking and build self-confidence. While we are teaching skills related to the theatre, these are skills that can help participants throughout their lives.
