STRONGER FAMILIES

Stronger Families works with service members, veterans, and first responders to help keep them strong and thriving, at home and work. Our wellness trainings, workshops, and couples retreats (with partners) focus on helping individuals learn more about themselves and how to best communicate with the people around them. Those who serve face unique circumstances that most do not experience in their jobs: witnessing trauma, high stress and life or death situations, threats to safety and life, long hours and deployments away from family, and more. We offer couples retreats, on-the-job wellness training, and workshops to help heroes in their relationships. Topics such as: communication, bridging the gap between home and work, dealing with conflict and anger, how to recognize PTS, and much more are covered. We use our proprietary multi-science OXYGEN personalized assessment as a tool to offer more insight into each individual and their unique personality, strengths, motivators, and roadblocks to communication. This helps each individual and relationship to set a road map for better relational success. Healthier heroes = stronger, safer communities.
