Our pasture is so overgrown with thorns, bushes, and trees, that our horses cannot use it for grass. Over the past two years, we have cleared two acres by hand, but we still have 8 acres to go!
The overgrowth is damaging our fencing and has caused several injuries for the horses. When our veterans and first responders go to the pasture to work with the horses, it is often hard to find them because they are hidden in the thick overgrowth. We don't have a lot of room for them to work with them because of the bushes.
A local farmer (who is also a veteran) has offered to clear it for us using his skid steer and attachment at the cost of running the machine!
Please help us provide a clear space for our amazing herd of horses who provide peace and comfort to so many children and our heroes!
