Since 1964, Crisis Connections has worked tirelessly to connect help seekers to necessary behavioral health and social services, such as a visit from a mobile crisis team, financial support to prevent eviction, or a lifeline for those struggling with suicide ideation. Whether it’s a struggling teen, a senior worried about rent, or a veteran battling loneliness, there is never a wrong reason to reach out. Crisis Connections' mission is to foster resilience and well-being by connecting people to accessible and compassionate support. We achieve this by operating free and confidential phone lines that operate 24/7/365, giving people in Washington State a reliable place to be vulnerable and access the resources and support needed to build a strong foundation for overcoming and preventing future crises.

Each year, more than 700,000 people turn to us for help when they need it most. Crisis Connections makes sure people know there is never a wrong reason to reach out, and that they never have to face life’s challenges alone. Our core helplines include 988 for emotional support, 211 for essential needs assistance, Teen Link and Warm Line for peer connection, the Recovery Help Line for addiction prevention and intervention, plus Support after Suicide services.
