QUIET CORNER VETERANS SUPPORT COALITION

Our charity works to honor our veterans through Wreaths Across America and other groups and individuals who give back to our local region. We currently sponsor 5 local cemeteries here in Connecticut and are working to increase our reach across the region. We hold fundraising events throughout the year to raise funds for various projects and organizations with a focus on helping our local veterans whether its for a food drive, a veteran in need or sponsoring wreaths for National Wreaths Across America Day. We work to bring awareness to our community on the veterans homelessness problem, food insecurity and we support families from out of state looking for assistance for their loved ones who are veterans in our area. We also offer community service for our local students at multiple high schools and give them an opportunity to learn about our mission and share it with their peers, as well as, earn credit for their various program requirements.
