AMPHIBIOUS TRACTOR ASSOCIATION LTD

The Amphibious Tractor Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on raising money to build a memorial at the National Museum of the Marine Corps. We will honor Amtrac Marines who manned U.S. Marine Corps Landing and Amphibious Assault Vehicles since 1942. Our Association’s mission is to educate the general public and Marines, ensure this legacy endures, recognize and reward exceptional Marines, and support the education and hardship needs of our Marines and their families over time.

This Association and Memorial will honor the 'Alligator Marines' and sailors who manned U.S Marine Corps Landing and Amphibious Assault Vehicles since 1942. The memorial will provide a solemn space for Gold Star families to reflect upon the sacrifice of their love one, and see their name memorialized in perpetuity in bronze. Moreover, this space will be a sanctuary for Marines, sailors, and families to reflect upon their sacrifice and service, to heal unseen wounds, and gather with their comrades in mutual support. Additionally, the Association will fund the education and hardship needs of service members and their families.
