Veterans Coaching Project (VCP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering veterans through professional coaching, personal development, and transition support. VCP partners with certified coaches and mission-aligned organizations to help veterans navigate life transitions, build resilience, and achieve meaningful post-service goals.

Coaching- For Veterans, Spouses, and Caregivers of Veterans. A comprehensive and intense 15 to 18-week personal and professional development program which blends executive coaching with innovative technology to enhance leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking. Includes one-on-one and group coaching sessions with International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coaches. Clients complete personalized assessments, workshops, and hands-on exercises with their coaches and the cohort. All with no cost to the client!
