The Marius Maximus Foundation kindly requests $1,500,000 towards the acquisition of a live-in facility and continuation of our services for The E.S.O program (Empowerment of Self and Others) that services displaced, and low to moderate-income individuals, by providing resources and services in mental health, general wellbeing, vocational training, job placement, and community outreach in Fayetteville/ Cumberland County NC. We look forward to partnering with you on what we believe will be an impactful project for our entire community. This will be a ground-breaking step in the start of our mission to provide a safe place, where low to moderate-income individuals can receive on-site mental health services, and individualized care while providing support that helps them acclimate to eventual permanent housing, jobs, education, and general wellbeing.
The main objective of our proposed project is to increase the success rate of individuals and families who move into permanent housing or those navigating the court systems. By creating an environment that feels more like home, and less like an institution, accessible mental health care, and other resources, our organization will guide individuals through our program for up to 24 months.
With your funding, we will be able to secure a facility and continue providing services in Fayetteville where we can deliver our services, providing the community with much-needed resources, services, and outreach.
