Veterans Ride for Free is a 501 (c)) (3) charity to assist Veterans. Most of our work is captured in our name; we provide veterans transportation to medical and other appointments. Additionally, we have a nine (9) bedroom home for homeless veterans, where we provide shelter, food, and employment as needed.
We have 1100 Veterans and Spouses access to over 3600 transports to appointments traveling over 240,000 miles!!! We currently serve clients throughout Eastern and Northwestern Connecticut and all of Rhode Island, transporting them to VA and private facilities.
We are asking for help with general expenses: Fuel, Repairs and Administration.
