Coming Home Coalition is a non- profit that will make great impacts on the communities as it grows. We are a community outreach who will be establishing ties in our communities again. Providing Life coaching and Mentorship to those who may need it, providing care packages to the homeless, assisting victims of trauma/abuse and addiction, the incarcerated and the wrongly accused and raising awareness to the injustices placed on these particular groups of people. Giving those who may feel alone a chance to be heard. Cleaning up and assisting our neighborhoods wherever that may be.
