The Disability Chamber of Commerce – Rio Grande Valley (DCC-RGV) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing economic empowerment, employment inclusion, entrepreneurship, accessibility, and community participation for individuals with disabilities throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Founded on the belief that disability inclusion strengthens communities, DCC-RGV works to remove barriers, create equitable opportunities, and promote full participation in the regional economy. DCC-RGV’s mission is to foster inclusive business practices, workforce development, and community partnerships that empower individuals with disabilities to achieve economic independence, self-sufficiency, and leadership. Through education, advocacy, direct service, and collaboration, DCC-RGV connects employers, educators, policymakers, families, and community leaders to build a more accessible and equitable workforce. The organization serves individuals with disabilities of all ages, including students, adults, veterans, older adults, entrepreneurs, and job seekers, as well as employers and agencies committed to inclusive hiring and accessibility.
