The Shower Program, offered in collaboration with First United Methodist Church, provides essential hygiene services for individuals experiencing homelessness. Recognizing the importance of personal dignity and confidence, this initiative ensures access to clean, safe, and private shower facilities. By fostering an environment of compassion and support, the program not only addresses the immediate hygiene needs of participants but also serves as a gateway to additional resources and services. Participants can experience a sense of normalcy and relief, empowering them to take further steps towards stability and well-being. This partnership exemplifies a community's commitment to uplifting its vulnerable members by meeting basic needs and promoting overall health and recovery. On average we are giving 73 showers a day and 23 hair cuts. We are looking for support to continue this valuable program.
