The volunteers of Do a Little Good strive to improve the lives of the kids, adults, veterans and animals of northern Michigan.
Do a Little Good engages in a variety of activities designed to improve the quality of life for the people and pets of northern Michigan. Some of our projects include:
Fundraising to eliminate student lunch debt in our area schools.
Collecting useful household items to help homeless veterans who are transitioning to housing.
Hosting public events to machine-knit cold-weather items for the homeless and kids in need.
Establishing scholarship funds for daycare so families can work full-time employment.
Taking in worn items like blankets and towels and repurposing them for animal shelters.
Providing scholarships to graduating high school seniors for both college and trade school.
