FRIENDS OF GURNEE AMERICAN LEGION INC

The mission of Friends of Gurnee American Legion, Inc. is to support veterans and the local community by providing financial assistance to the charitable initiatives of Gurnee American Legion Post #771, collaborating with other nonprofit organizations in their efforts to assist active-duty military personnel, POW/MIAs, veterans, and their families, and offering direct resources to address their needs during deployment, transition to civilian life, and end-of-life care.

With proximity to Naval Station Great Lakes, Friends of Gurnee American Legion is called upon to help both active duty, retirees, and veterans to assist with instructional aid navigating the civilian environment and financially assisting those in dire need of monetary support. As our name implies, we also financially support the efforts of the Gurnee American Legion and its over 350 members.
