RPSVSA strives to serve two communities - the homeless and neglected dogs of San Antonio and the Veteran community. RPSVSA saves dogs from San Antonio's municipal shelter's Euthanaisa Room and cares for them until they can be placed in loving homes. We prioritizes matching rescue dogs with veterans in need of companion animals, and waives all adoption fees to thank them for their service to this Country.

How Donations Work
