Since 2020 has focused on the COVID-19 pandemic through our Disaster Distribution Center (DDC). Our DDC distributes emergency supplies to families suffering from fires, floods, natural disasters, weather events and the pandemic. TMWG distributes much-needed hygiene items, personal protective equipment (PPE), educational items, household goods, cleaning products, and children’s toys to local healthcare workers, government agencies and families. Due to our existing relationships and logistical advantages, we quickly became a crucial link in the Pacific Northwest pandemic supply chain, often finding ourselves in possession of items even other well-known organizations struggled to obtain. Some of our donations distributed through since 2020 include: 11,650,000 masks; 980,000 diapers, 650,000 containers of diaper cream, 851,000 wipes and 6,000 baby sleep sacks; 295,700 school supply kits; 737,250 pairs of socks; 1,168,000 containers of water; 460,100 hygiene kits; 830,000 toys and children busy activities to keep children engaged during the pandemic, and even distribution of 2,900 boxes of produce every week.
