The Bouchedid Foundation

The Bouchedid Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization whose mission is to identify and evaluate thousands of charities and non-profit service organizations and rank them using our proprietary algorithm-driven software (CharityTraq) to determine which causes to fund directly.

We consider a multitude of variables including the focus of the charity, the urgency and direness of their cause, and the level of disenfranchisement and vulnerability of the group they service. We maintain a negligible operational overhead to ensure as close to 100% of all contributions go directly to the chosen charities. The ultimate goal is to fund the most immediate and worthwhile causes that are affecting the most underprivileged and marginalized groups.

Locally, nationally and internationally, The Bouchedid Foundation is an advocate for the most marginalized and disenfranchised. We scour every corner of the globe to help children and families in need. The Bouchedid Foundation (pronounced 'boosh-deed) takes a unique approach to helping donors large and small navigate through the hundreds of thousands of charities and non profit organizations that exist today (more than 664,000 to be exact). Many donors don't have the time, resources and expertise to figure out which charities are best aligned with the causes that mean the most to them. Furthermore, most donors are reluctant when it comes to their charitable contributions because they are simply not sure if the various charities they find are truly passing on the vast majority of their money to the direct causes and groups that they are supposed to service.

We are currently focusing on Child Welfare and Family Hunger, Homelessness, Refugee Crisis, Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence, Food Insecurity, LGBTQ, Health Services, Suicide Prevention and Autism among other causes.

We have developed a proprietary algorithm that factors several different variables both quantitative and qualitative to filter through thousands of charities and allows us to identify only the ones that meet our strictest requirements. This is why we like to say that The Bouchedid Foundation is "the Mutual Fund of Charities"™. Our system evaluates and analyzes hundreds of charities against quantifiable measures using the following metrics to create a portfolio of best of breed charities to direct our funds to:

Accountability - The transparency and audit trails of the target charities.
Efficiency - The percentage of donors' funds that end up used for direct service.
Turnaround - How quickly the charity deploys donors' funds into the field for direct service.
Focus - The causes on which the charities focus most of their efforts and funds.
Urgency - The direness of the causes that the particular charities are servicing.
Disenfranchisement - The level of vulnerability of the groups that the charities are servicing.

Since we believe in full transparency and accountability, every one of our donors will be able to see exactly where their money is going and get feedback from the various charities we fund so they can see how their contributions have truly made a difference. We are also developing a Donor Dashboard where every one of our donors can log in and further filter and direct how they want their money allocated. This provides an added level of control for our donors to be able to choose and manage their own portfolio of charities that they care most about. And by leveraging our innovative technology, we can practically eliminate overhead to ensure that donations are being used to directly service the groups we strive to help.

The ultimate goal of The Bouchedid Foundation is to direct funds raised by donors along with our own funds to only those charities that meet these requirements. Additionally, our pure volunteer based organizational model allows us to have little to no overhead so that we can make the biggest direct impact to the groups that our portfolio services. In fact, through our pure volunteer based leadership and staff, we maintain a negligible operational overhead to ensure that as close to 100% of all contributions go directly to the chosen charities. We wholeheartedly believe that no amount is too small to donate as there is strength in numbers and by virtue of us aggregating everyone's donations, we can collectively make a difference in the lives of many.
