Jean's Angels Fundraiser for mobile Shower, Kitchen, and Barber station for the Homeless

Dear Supporter:

At Jean’s Angels, we believe in being the change we wish to see in the world. Although the pandemic has reduced or delayed additional assistance and volunteering involvement in the area, we still see the importance of making sure our community has the resources needed to help others.

Stand together with us as we continue our campaign to assist individuals experiencing homelessness, lacking access to everyday necessities and services. Most people’s first thought is to provide food to a homeless person, but the one thing that changes the way we feel about ourselves is knowing that we are clean and feel clean. We are on a mission to do just that.

Jean’s Angels have developed a concept that will make it a little easier to provide necessities to those who do not have a place to always go home to. We currently have a unit that is open, providing laundry services to those who need assistance ensuring their clothes remain clean. As we continue to work, we have recognized a need to expand that concept into a laundry, shower, barbershop, and kitchen unit. It will feature the following:
• Standard Shower: (1) 36”x36” Shower Stall, (1) Shatter Proof Mirror, (1) Shower Hook, (1) Wall Sink (1) Vent
• Handicap Shower: ADA Shower Stall, ADA Bench, and Handrail, (1) Shatterproof Mirror, (1) Shower Hook, (1) Wall Sink (1) Vent
o Shower Timers for each Shower
• Laundry: (1) Stackable Washers and Dryer (Commercial Grade) shared with Mechanical Room
• Barber Shop: (2) GFI Outlets and (2) Barber Stations, (1) Commercial Sink, (1) Window
• Kitchen: Kitchen Cabinet, Refrigerator, Food Warmer, small sink, and Vent

Jean’s Angels is a non-profit organization, that solely operates from sponsorship and donations made to the organization. The estimated cost of the unit is $109,995. 100% of what is collected, goes back into the community in the form of supplies and services like this project. In an effort to provide the community with these services, we are asking partners in the area to strongly consider making donations and using our sponsorship levels as your guide to give:
• Silver Level – Donations in the amount of $2,500+
o Logo displayed on all marketing materials
• Gold Level – Donations in the amount of $5,000+
o Logo displayed on all marketing materials/Recognition Plaque
• Diamond Level – Donations in the amount of $10,000+
o Title Sponsorship: Business Logo placed on the unit
o Logo displayed on all marketing materials
o Recognition Plaque
