NO GREATER LOVE FOOD PANTRY

We are a small group of volunteers that work from the heart. Everything we provide is a labor of love. No Greater Love Food Pantry works with the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post#3108 to serve our veterans in the best way we can. Understanding their special diets and eating habits. Delivering food to their door or providing rides to our pantry for them to choose their food. We also work with the Waldo County Pet Food Pantry to help all in need with their pets needs as well. Our community is made up of many Seniors and homeless camps that we make accommodations for when necessary, knowing their needs are different than ours. Many seniors cannot get to our location; therefore, we offer delivery whenever possible. Our homeless groups are able to come in and choose their meals of choice as well because we understand their way of preparing is much different for them and they are only able to carry a bit at a time. Our doors stay open solely on donations and grants in the community. We personally pick up food from area grocery stores, some over 30 miles away from our location, and load and unload to sort for our patrons to be able to come in and shop at their leisure and choose what food best suits their needs. We hold fundraisers at area businesses to keep the cash flow coming in so we can purchase food as needed and put gas in our vehicles to transport. Any donation given is not underscored, we appreciate any and all donations whether it be monetary or food donations, household donations etc....It is all needed.
