Surveyed to contain 6.00 acres, more or less. ALSO CONVEYING to the within grantee, its heirs, successors and/or assigns in common with the owners of Lot 2 as shown on the referenced plan, their heirs, successors and/or assigns, the right to draw water from the well situate on Lot 2. The within grantee, its heirs, successors and/or assigns shall be responsible for sharing the cost of the water and the operation of the water system with the owners of Lot 2, their heirs, successors/and or assigns. The grantee is also conveyed hereby a right and easement to maintain the well, any water lines or pipes and to enter upon Lot 2 for purposes of maintaining or repairing same.
