Career Transitions has a long history of developing, managing, and administering programs for those with barriers to employment.

Career Transitions has successfully provided job training, career counseling, and case management services to single parents, low income families, women interested in non-traditional occupations, single pregnant women, displaced homemakers, those with disabilities, veterans, and clients who are disadvantaged economically and academically.

Participants in our programs become job ready and self-sufficient through career counseling, guidance, education, training, mentoring, and employment.

Career Transitions offers a variety of services through our community education program to assist unemployed or underemployed individuals and help them obtain employment and training and get them back into the workforce. We want them to be stable, able to work, and financially secure.
