Our strategy is to look for funding programs that make a difference in patients and patients families lives. Every day, the people at Cornerstone Hospice make exceptional care a reality for those living with serious illness, loss and grief. To fund these initiatives, we focus primarily on individual donors from the counties we serve. We use appropriate methods of communication to educate potential donor groups including corporations, civic/community organizations and foundations.
To accomplish the mission of the Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, a volunteer Board of Directors partners with professional staff to create policy and priorities for fundraising programs. In addition, we partner with over 30 community groups, 1,200+ volunteers and numerous other organizations.
