HELPING VETERANS FIND A NEW DIRECTION Changing Directions Foundation provides transitional housing and supportive services that help veterans and individuals transitioning from hospitals achieve housing stability, improve their quality of life, and move toward long-term independence. Our organization works to remove barriers to stable housing by providing safe living environments, transportation coordination, employment readiness assistance, wellness support, and connections to community resources. We believe that every veteran deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, stability, and hope.

Changing Directions Foundation (CDF) is an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans and vulnerable individuals successfully transition into stable housing.
