Suicide and Depression seriously impact public health. Although effective interventions exist, many at-risk veterans cannot, or will not, access these services for fear of being perceived as “crazy” or “weak.” Self isolation and unhealthy habits work to aggravate an already bad situation.
FNG Velomobile trikes are the answer to resolving these roadblocks to intervention.
Not only are they super-fly, but they require the participant to exercise and cooperate
within a group.Our members really don’t think of this work as “exercise,” although
they are receiving the benefits with an improvement of sleep, fewer post-traumatic
stress episodes, a reduction in depressive symptoms, and a renewed sense of
