WHAT WE DO
We CONNECT, FUND, SUPPORT, and PLACE participants into the right resources. We do not operate licensed shelters or housing facilities. Our work specifically includes:
• Trauma-informed adult-youth mentoring (Safe Dates evidence-based + PD-custom 8-Senses framework)
• Advocacy accompaniment through legal, medical, and administrative systems
• Gap-funding for stabilization (security deposits, first-month utilities, transportation, case-coordinated wraparound)
• Multi-day healing retreats during crisis-stabilization windows
• Veteran-anchored peer programming led by lived experience
WHERE WE WORK
Programming runs across our Carroll and Paulding county service area, anchored at two coordinated-use partner properties — Zen Country in Paulding County (inside metro-Atlanta 13-county zone) and Zen Villa in Carroll County. These are founder-controlled hospitality properties made available for nonprofit programming, wellness retreats, short-term reset stays, and partnership-based support initiatives. The Founder contributes access to these venues as part of the broader ecosystem of partnership-based support that powers PD's mission.
