Vets 4 Vets - Santa Cruz is a group of Veterans and friends committed to assisting our community with the support and the resources needed to overcome any challenging situation. We bring our unique strengths and skills and welcome additional assistance of any kind. We strive to strengthen our community by collaborating with local partners, and creating events that bring awareness to the experience of the veteran population.
The activities we have provided to date include, but are not limited to: accepting donations of household furniture and items that we distribute to veterans as needed, necessary repair of home and auto to maintain health and stability, transportation to doctor appointments and surgeries, assistance with relocation, and many other needs. We are basically available to help any veteran in need.
As a group of volunteers we have no overhead, and 100% of the proceeds we acquire go directly to provide services to our Santa Cruz County veterans. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit and our EIN number is 45-3697584. We are mostly a group of veterans ourselves, but we do have those who participate who have never served. However, our mission is clear: we are here to serve those that have given so much.
