Warriors Haven Veterans Foundation, Inc. is a veteran-led, federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans, service members, and their families as they navigate housing instability, financial hardship, and the challenges of transitioning into or maintaining civilian life.
Founded by a service-disabled U.S. Army veteran, the foundation is built on the belief that those who have served our country deserve dignity, respect, and meaningful opportunities to build stable and fulfilling lives. We work alongside community organizations, housing providers, veteran service organizations, public agencies, businesses, and volunteers to connect veterans with resources that support their immediate needs and long-term well-being.
Our work focuses on several interconnected priorities:
Veteran Housing Stability
We seek to expand access to safe and affordable housing by connecting veterans with housing providers, community resources, and potential transitional and permanent housing opportunities. Our efforts include exploring partnerships with landlords, property owners, hotels, community organizations, and agencies serving veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Housing Navigation and Community Connections
Finding housing often requires more than locating an available unit. The foundation works to help veterans identify housing resources, understand available options, and connect with community partners who can assist with placement, referrals, and other supportive services.
Essential Needs and Emergency Support
Veterans facing housing instability may also need access to transportation, food, clothing, hygiene supplies, household items, and other necessities. As resources become available, the foundation seeks to address these immediate needs through charitable donations, community partnerships, and targeted assistance.
Transition and Long-Term Independence
Military service members and veterans can experience unique challenges when adjusting to civilian life. The foundation promotes access to services and opportunities that support financial stability, personal development, workforce connections, and successful community reintegration.
Support for Disabled and Underserved Veterans
We recognize that veterans with service-connected disabilities, limited financial resources, and other barriers may face additional challenges securing stable housing and essential services.
