This project helps individuals access essential appointments, services, and resources when transportation is a barrier. Transportation challenges can prevent people from reaching job interviews, food resources, benefits appointments, and stability supports.
Donations help provide transportation support, access planning, and urgent linkage services that keep individuals connected to care and opportunity.
