Underemployed to Employed, Training and Community Employment Pathway

This project helps underemployed individuals build skills, gain confidence, and transition into meaningful work through training and supportive placement. Olivet also creates opportunities for individuals to train and work directly with our organization as part of a structured pathway toward employment.

Donations help support training resources, job readiness support, placement assistance, and transitional employment opportunities that lead to long-term self sufficiency.
