Our Safe at Home program provides quality home modifications and emergency repairs for vulnerable senior, disabled and veteran homeowners. Modcon Living is committed to helping our most vulnerable homeowners age in place with independence and dignity.

Rebuilding a Healthy Neighborhood
Rebuilding a Healthy Neighborhood is our signature annual event. On this one day, volunteers, corporate sponsors and community organizations join together to make holistic repairs to homes and to revitalize entire communities, making a lasting impression on the families who are served. This is the culmination of a year of planning, evaluating, training, organizing, and mobilizing hundreds of community volunteers as part of a nationwide effort to preserve affordable homeownership.

Tool Library
Our Tool-lending Library program provides members access to more than 4,800 hand and power tools for DIY projects, helping individuals and nonprofit organizations better care for their homes and gardens. With a variety of low-cost memberships to choose from, the Tool Library is your go-to source for all the tools you need, as often as you need them.

Mod Squad
Our social enterprise, Mod Squad, provides reliable and efficient home improvements solutions. Our trusted team of experienced craftsmen are bonded and insured to deliver the best local handyman service. Every project helps fund urgently needed repairs for vulnerable homeowners throughout Franklin County.
