The SSM Health Hospice & Home Health Foundation exists to provide financial, physical, emotional and spiritual support and programs to SSM Health at Home patients and families. Some of our programs include patient and family emergency financial assistance, music therapy, MAGIC children's bereavement, My Legacy, We Honor Veterans, Comfort Touch Massage Therapy and more.
