We are a remedial action environmental non-profit that incorporates veterans alongside environmental volunteers. We already know trash and debris is bad for wildlife - we work to remove it from critical wildlife areas.
The debris and trash that is reducing U.S. seafood stocks and killing marine wildlife is not located on the public beaches. It is stuck in the pluff mud behind the marsh grass in our wildlife refuge areas and rural coastlines.
