During March, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, City Commissioners and the City of Orlando celebrate Women's History Month by highlighting the lasting contributions and positive influence women have made and will continue to make in the Central Florida community.
The Women in History project will provide resources, educational events and networking opportunities to women in Orlando while encouraging careers in STEM. An annual Women in History event sponsored by the City of Orlando will be held during Women's History Month. Primarily funded by corporate, community and government sponsorships.
