To solicit and accept funds to be used for the beautification of a part of Lake Como Park or Langford Park to memorialize Chase Smith, a former Aide to Commissioner Patty Sheehan and a dedicated public servant who passed away on August 28, 2013. Every Easter, Chase would wear a pink bunny suit and play the Easter Bunny for multiple City neighborhood Easter Egg Hunts, including the one that occurred each year in Lake Como Park.
