Through compassionate and consistent street outreach, we seek out individuals who are often hidden in plain sight—people living without basic necessities, stability, or support. Outreach Chicago is committed to meeting people where they are, providing life’s essentials, and bringing dignity, hope, and human connection to communities across the South and West Sides of Chicago.
Outreach Chicago is a Veteran led organization that addresses the needs of homeless, low-income families, individuals, and veterans in Chicago.
Our Outreach Programs, provides nutritional bag lunches, personal hygiene products, new clothing items for homeless and low-income, individuals, and families and veterans.
How Donations Work
