Deep Within Rehab operates (24) hours per day, (7) days per week.
Located at 11773 N. 91st Ave., Peoria, Arizona 85345, just south of Grand Avenue.

Deep Within Rehab is a family-operated, registered non-profit 501(c) (3) charitable organization, dedicated to improving the quality of life for the men housed and programming at our facility.

Deep Within Rehab provides a safe, clean, drug and alcohol free living environment,
faith-based services, vocational training, and recovery support. Deep Within Rehab currently provides all services at no cost to any man coming into the program, which includes on-site housing, 3 meals a day, hygiene items, clothing, transportation to Parole and/or Probation meetings, mandatory UA's, case management, mandatory classes, etc.

Deep Within Rehab provides a safe and convenient location for referring agencies such as: Local Churches, Hospitals, Community Bridges, Arizona Department of Corrections, Maricopa County Adult Probation, Peoria Police Department, Maricopa County Jail, Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Veterans Affairs, etc. Many of these men have a history of being unable to expand initial recovery into long-term sobriety. Most applicants are faced with a variety of personal and societal problems; resources are exhausted, history of relapse, lack of self-control, lack of self-esteem, etc.

Residents participate in scheduled daily meetings (7) days per week, which consist of Devotion, 12 step meetings, AA/NA/CMA meetings, Life Skills meetings, Small Groups, Faith Based Services, etc.

All (100%) of the residents of Deep Within Rehab are (by definition) homeless and indigent and qualify as low income according to HUD guidelines. The Deep Within Rehab facility operates successfully, and as a good neighbor, in an established urban area of the community. Deep Within Rehab is the only recovery center of its kind in the City of Peoria and has been in existence in Peoria for the past (21) years, with Director Cindy Humes living onsite. It is meeting an urgent community need that is not being addressed by any other Westside agency.
At any given time, the facility houses up to (31) men.
Residents are welcome to stay as long as they conform to the rules of the program; some men stay for a few months, while others reside at Deep Within Rehab for an extended period of time.
